Shocking! This is real shashlik! Properly marinated and perfectly grilled meat (pork neck). Super tender, very soft, with its own signature flavour. Here shashlik isn't just meat on the fire — it's a dish in its own right, if you know what I mean. The roasted-vegetable salad is done the true Caucasian way. I lived in Georgia for 4 years — this is exactly it. And they speak Russian here too!
We ordered the pork shashlik. We're from Kazakhstan, where a shashlik skewer means small pieces — here it's big chunks of meat, and that makes it even tastier: juicy, tender, and one portion is enough for a person. The food is cooked really well and carefully, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and cheerful! Recommend it to everyone.
The pork shashlik was cooked on a fresh grill; the meat was very tasty, high quality and tender, served with onions, tomatoes and lavash. The garlic sauce was incredibly fragrant. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back! 😋

Great food with the right spices. Real charcoal barbecue. Big portions, a very clean restaurant, excellent value for money. The lady who runs it is very friendly and speaks English. Definitely visit — you won't be disappointed!
